2. Accessing the website and hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access it, your browser transmits technical connection data, in particular your IP address and the requested resource. This processing is necessary to deliver the website to your device.

Depending on server configuration, access and error logs may contain the IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, browser information and referring page. They support secure operation and investigation of technical faults or abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is providing a secure and reliable website.

Technical data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes. Log deletion follows the retention settings configured with the host. Longer retention may be needed to investigate a specific security incident.

The hosting provider receives the technical data necessary for operation. For more information, see ALL-INKL.COM's privacy information.

3. Cookies and your saved choice

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after your explicit consent. Without consent, no Google Analytics scripts load and no measurement data is sent to Google. You can use the website without Analytics.

We save your consent or refusal with an expiry date for 180 days in your browser's Local Storage under “filecraft-consent-v1”. This is used solely to respect your privacy choice. Storage for your selected function is based on section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. The legal basis for processing the choice is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is reliably implementing your decision.

You can change your choice at any time using “Change cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables Analytics, reloads the page and deletes the Analytics cookies accessible to this website. This does not automatically delete data already sent to Google. Withdrawal takes effect for the future.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse website use statistically. The measurement ID is G-55PF4KCHB6. Data includes page views, usage events, technical device and browser information and cookie-based identifiers. Google also receives your IP address for technical transmission.

The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG for storing and reading Analytics cookies. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the website tag; advertising-related consent signals remain denied. For the initial page view, the website does not pass URL query parameters, fragments or referrers to the tag and does not deliberately send form-demo field contents to Analytics.

Analytics may use the “_ga” and “_ga_55PF4KCHB6” cookies. The cookie lifetime configured in the tag is 180 days, without automatic renewal on further visits. Retention of data stored by Google is separately governed by Analytics property settings and processing purposes.

Recipients may include Google Ireland Limited and affiliated Google companies, in particular Google LLC in the US. Processing outside the EU or EEA is possible. Information on Google's international transfer rules and privacy practices is available in Google's privacy policy and the data processing terms.

4. Interactive examples

The app views on this website are illustrative examples. Text entries and example changes are processed only in your browser's memory. The demo itself does not save or transmit those entries. If Analytics is allowed, usage events may be recorded; the website does not add demo field contents to these events. Examples reset when the page reloads. No personal PDF files are uploaded or processed. Please do not enter confidential information in the examples.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your enquiry. The email link opens your email application; the website itself does not send a message.

For contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding to your message. We delete data once the enquiry is resolved and further retention is no longer necessary. Where statutory retention duties apply, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR until those duties expire.

6. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future.

Objection: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please use the contact details above.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. For North Rhine-Westphalia, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

7. External links and updates

External links open their destination only when you click them. The respective provider's privacy information applies to its processing. We update these privacy notices when we change website features or services.

8. Language preferences

When you open the homepage, your preferred browser language may select the English version. No location is determined and no external geolocation service is used. German remains the default when no language preference is available.

If you choose a language yourself, we store your choice for 180 days in Local Storage under “filecraft-language-v1” so it can be respected on later visits. This storage serves the language setting you selected (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is providing your chosen language. You can change it at any time using the language switcher or remove it by clearing this website’s storage.

9. Appearance

When you switch between light and dark mode in the header, we save your choice for 180 days in Local Storage under “filecraft-theme-v1”. Without a saved choice, the website starts in light mode. The setting applies to both language versions and can be changed with the same button or removed by clearing this website’s storage. Storage serves the appearance function you selected (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is providing your preferred appearance. No data is sent to third parties for this purpose.
